Responsible for all aspects of operations, including staffing and volunteer services, supplying beds, food and drink, maintaining facilities, and creating marketing materials for fund-raising. Originally responsible for two men-only shelters totaling over 200 beds. Opened a shelter for women totaling over 25 beds shortly after shelter season began. Chosen by city to operate a pilot program to run shelters in the city’s Parks and Recreation facilities, opening the doors for many more hundreds of beds in high-demand areas and peak cold times.
